Yeah, it's probably coincidence. I met this guy on Tinder that my 'friends' thought looked like my ex but trust me that wasn't why I liked him, since I couldn't even consider dating someone with the same name as him. I didn't even think they looked alike, just had a similar skin tone, hair color and glasses.

Happens more often than you’d think. My friend has an ex whose next boyfriend looked like my friends twin! It was crazy. Some women find someone who looks like you if they haven’t gotten over you, but they may not realise that the new boyfriend/girlfriend looks like you as it can be a subconscious choice.

Hmm.. there are exceptions sometimes, and some people's type do change as they grow. That happened to me as well, haha!
