Should I be suspicious of GF’s new Instagram follower?

PART 1 (Question too long but these details are essential)

Things have been overall great between us. We’ve introduced each other to friends & family, have talked about plans in the future (such as going on international trip in 2025), and she’s always sweet, affectionate and caring. And constantly puts in effort to respond to texts. We text every day and video call every night.

My girlfriend is also very transparent and accommodating. Anytime she goes to lunch with one of her girlfriends, she’ll always send pictures of where she’s at, who she’s with an so on (I don’t ask for this, she does it anyway).

So two weekends ago, her daughter (who is 22, has a boyfriend and is here for the month of October from a foreign country) and her cousin made plans to go to night. The cousin is also in her 20s and has a boyfriend. My girlfriend (understandably, I suppose) tagged along because she wants to spend as much time with her daughter as possible (she doesn’t know when she’ll see her again after this month). My girlfriend wore a long sleeve sweater that covered everything up and a leather jacket, so she wasn’t advertising anything/trying to attract attention.

They ended up going to three different clubs (my girlfriend, her daughter, the cousin, and some of the cousins friends). My girlfriend texted me pictures and videos from throughout the night and texted me when she got home as she promised.

She ended up posting something on her IG story that I wasn’t super excited about (there was a guy visible who seemed to be getting close to and touching hands with her daughter). Then it prompted me to see if my girlfriend had any new IG followers. I remember was I was

If it is a guy from the club now following her, then yes, I would be suspicious because people are more likely gonna want to try dating someone closer to home than long distance.. and if not date at least sleep with them because people are whores..
