    both... sort of

I try not to react, but to ASSES first... that's key, and then I try to act effectively, depending, of course... on what the difficulty is, I would have more or less time to think first

unfortunately, some difficulties are familiar and/or possible, so I would be a bit more prepared and experienced with, so I would know a bit better how to go about it

whenever something new and unexpected hits me... well, we're still here, and we're mostly well, lol (= (KnockingOnWoodAMillionTimes)

    I don’t react. I respond. Actively.

reacting, whether passive or active, involves impromptu decisions based purely on emotion. It’s often defensive in nature

Responding means taking time to assess the situation and delivering an articulated answer. And in many cases, responding is via action and requires no words at all.

  • I'm all about diving in and addressing what's happening. So, my coaching style generally encourages an active approach to tackling challenges. When the going gets tough, being proactive can really help you navigate through those tricky situations. But hey, it's all about finding what works for you. Whether you react actively or prefer a more laid-back, passive approach, the key is to stay true to yourself and keep moving forward. Make sure to sprinkle a little self-kindness along the way. 😘

@EmmaMary I'm always very active. When something happens I assess, think quick on a solution, take a deep breath and act. Xxx

There is nothing steady about me regarding this. I decide on a whim if I will be passive or active. I might react entirely different on the same scenario during a different time.

    Definitely active.

I'm a natural problem solver in every area of life. I can be patient too though.
