My boyfriend and I have been going out for nearly 4 years and I have just moved in with him. I found out a few days ago he met up with an old girlfriend a couple of times last year. He didn’t tell me because he said I would react and got angry saying why can’t he see friends. I said I don’t mind him having female friends, he sees his ‘best friend’ regularly once a month and I’ve never met her I just don’t understand why he hides these things from me. The ex went over to his house with food & wine but he said nothing happened, she was just being a good friend.
This is not the first time he’s lied. He says I’m being ridiculous. I’m devastated because I’ve given up a lot to move in with him and it’s started off like this. Am I wrong to think this is emotional cheating?
