My boyfriend and I have an unusual relationship in the way we met and where we are. He says I drive him nuts and he hasn't felt this way about a women. We both have toxic relationship pasts. How do I handle this statement? He constantly thinks when I get quiet I'm cheating. When he yells I think he's leaving out of anger.

He may have meant that as a compliment. I suggest you ask him to clarify so you aren't wondering as only he knows what he meant by it.
If the two of you can't totally trust each other and he can't learn to manage anger, I suggest you go for couple's therapy.

I feel the same it's trust issues on both
His exs treated on him. I'm used of guy getting angry over misunderstanding and leaving. I'm in therapy.

I agree and he said you know I wouldn't hurt you, but his anger scares me. He said I get angry but I wouldn't leave or hurt you. This is the 3rd time. So how should I handle it? He thinks when I go silent I'm cheating which is just not even close to accurate

You're in a bad situation it's not easy to just leave a person with anger issues which is why dome women stay and get badly hurt physically. Do jou have family or a close friend you could temporarily move in with as obviously he'll never believe you're not cheating on him no matter how true it is that you're not cheating andbhis anger issues will get worse. I'd say get out as soon as you can as I'd hare to see you get physically abused.

I'm here to wonder why he says I drive him nuts. He actually told me tonight for the very first time that he loved me. I know that is not easy for him. He doesn't show emotions so is me driving him nuts good or bad.
