The Bill of Rights of the U. S. Constitution applies to everyone within the United States' jurisdiction, not just citizens. Constitutional protections, including freedoms of speech, religion, and due process, extend to non-citizens, including undocumented immigrants, protecting them from unlawful government interference.

This either makes you relieved or it really bothers you depending on your political orientation. Which is it?
