There are protections even for illegal aliens but there are also Federal Laws that exist that make it illegal to enter the US without authorization and that they are subject to deportation. I do not know why this is so confusing?

The people sent to so called torture prisons charge the US $20,000/ year to keep them. To lock them up in the US it costs between 80-100K. I am glad we have a president who works for the taxpayers.
