I'm sure the hundreds of people who built that yacht are glad she bought it, otherwise they wouldn't have a job. I'm sure the crew who work on that yacht are glad, because many people would call that an ideal job.

As for Walmart paying slave wages. They don't pay slave wages. Their pay is just fine for those types of jobs.

Whenever I hear someone talk about "slave wages", I immediately write them off as having no clue what they are talking about, or just lazy whiners who want something for nothing.

Instead of complaining and worrying about what someone else has, go out and get a job, work your ass off, save your money, and secure your financial future.

Yes, when Sam Walton was alive Walmart used to sell mainly stuff made in America. As soon as he died his kids were more interested I get in rich than supporting the American econnomy. Now most of what they sell comes straight from China

Yes, we had a hard drive factory where I live. They were better than the Chinese ones. The place went out of business because the price of chinese made hard drives was less. Saving ten bucks on a hard drive is small solace when all your data is gone.
Now there are no electronics being made here.
