Would this kind of piss you off?

I work for a commercial cleaning company. My co worker is pretty severely autistic. He's 37, and he has a friend who's 48. I'm pretty sure she has adhd or something. Well, she calls him all the time while he's working, even after he told her not to many times. All she does is call him to talk about weather. I guess because they go on walks together. It pisses me off because she knows what time he works, but continues to call him. He gets gets pissed of, and starts cussing and I have to stand there and listen to it. I know she could just call him earlier in the day when he's not at work. What also pisses me off is he ALWAYS answers, and he stands there and talks like Like 20 mins, then we run behind schedule. I guess he could be answering in case it's an emergency, but I don't know. How would you feel?

I would tell him to turn off his phone during the day. If he persists in talking to her for 20 minutes, I wold tell him that he needs to work the next 20 minutes while you take a break.

I would end that friendship since she clearly doesn't respects him. But he could also block her number during work hours and then unblock it when he is off work.
