Who's more beautiful to watch and look pleasing to the eyes? Are feminine curves lovely or a man's sharp edges better? Are bosoms nice to look at or a man's well built arms?

Women are certainly socially treated as more beautiful than men on average but this is mainly due to how society hypersexualizes women. A good example of this is that there is nothing, literally NOTHING, a woman can do that someone somewhere wouldn’t find inherently erotic to witness and/or be a part of. Meanwhile men have been heavily desexualized because men finding other men attractive even in a platonic sense is gay, and therefore bad.

It's according to what you prefer.

Personally, I'd rather look at toned men than anything. A woman can be shapely and beautiful and I'd acknowledge that, but I don't prefer looking at women's bodies.

More physically beautiful? Yes, they have to be because physical attractiveness is relatively more important in women than men in their overall desirability to the opposite sex.

Are women more desirable than men? Before age 30, yes. After age 30, the tables turn and men have the advantage.

If a girl tries as much as a man, there won't be much difference, but girls work many times harder than men to look good.

Depends on how you view things. Women tend to use make-up and cover up their natural features. One might argue that men are more naturally attractive than females.

However, I think in terms of who pulls more attention when they're attractive, I'd say it's obvious females get more attention than men by far.

In general, I'd say women are more attractive than men though.
