Mostly just kindness/being a good person in general. Beyond that I guess have at least a few things in common. We don't have to like the exact same music and the exact same movies or anything, but we should at least share a similar general world view. Like valuing kindess, hating discrimination (so hating things like sexism, racism, homophobia, antisemitism, etc...) of any sort, being against murder and rape, being against animal abuse,  ESPECIALLY  being against pedophilia, etc... and beyond that, just in general being someone I enjoy spending time around with.

Compatibility. Compatibility encompasses so many aspects. How similar we are in terms of views, interests, sense of humor, sexually, goals in life, etc.

There is nothing better than... my man telling me randomly... "Get dressed, we're going out to eat..." Or "Let's go to the beach..."

I remember it was a cool day, and the sun was not out. I was feeling emotional and gloomy after a hard day at work. He asked me if i wanted to go for a ride...

The relation itself, obviously, but  most of all, the shared capacity to build a vessel  of considerable size for deep-water navigation. Because a relation happening without a well-crafted ship tends to sink, and shipwrecks aren't fun. Safe travel.
