Yes, unless you want to be bored being with that person. Having things in common is the wise thing to do , so the both of you can enjoy doing things together instead of apart. It’s ok to have some differences but not completely different because unfortunately that relationship will not last once one of you realizes you both really have nothing in common but sex and eventuallly the sex will fade away as well. So it’s best to be with someone you have things in common with so you both don’t get bored of each other.
Otherwise what's the point 😞 ☝🏻 not even for a banging good time only - where's the love lol ❤️ 😆 the love 😙 😘
Physical attraction and + emotional ;)
Yes, one or two specific common interests at least so you know that there are activities you'll both enjoy. At least one or two general interests as well (e. g, you enjoy sports but perhaps different sports, which is fine; you can appreciate one another's sporty interests).
(Shared Values are different... you should have many shared values.)
As a relationship coach, I'd say having things in common definitely spices up the relationship and builds a solid foundation. Common interests fuel exciting conversations and shared experiences. But hey, don’t freak out if your playlists don't match! 🌟 It's about the balance between shared interests and respecting the unique quirks that make each of you, well, you. Just avoid those red flags and you'll be golden! Keep being awesome! 💕
