Not exactly, or actually I am not sure what counts, maybe yes? I was always broke in college, sometimes I had $0 cash I mean zero. Though, I did have my dad’s credit card if I was in an emergency situation but no cash at all. So I would prowl around looking for ways to get free food, free car rides and things like that, and it did sometimes involve guys I knew liked me or were interested in getting to know me or poss. date me when I knew that was not going to happen in reality. But I would let them assume it might be possible sometimes for example, some guys had pizza and I walked past them on my way to my dorm, I knew two of them a little so I stopped by and smiled some and got free pizza. I have also had meals bought for me at bars in return for smiling and chatting and that is all. I got a very weirdly high percentage of my meals free in fact. Also I got a lot of car rides from a guy who I am pretty sure was hoping I would eventually like him but I never had any intention of anything like that. Sometimes I just needed to go to Target or somewhere and I didn’t have a car so he took me.

Prob. the most ridiculous case is that one time I was going to sit on a guy’s lap for $20 (he offered, like a joke at first but I said I’d do it if he was serious and he said he was serious, and I made some rules like don’t get handsy just support me so I don’t fall) and I texted my then boyfriend in another state to let him know it was nothing important I just needed the money, and he got kind of angry and said he would give me the money but I should not do it. So, I did not do it but almost. Looking back I see why he was unhappy about it but it was REALLY just for the $20.

@OneViewpoint Bill is nice, as for your overall point, I don’t disagree, what I was doing was taking advantage some. But I didn’t hurt anybody or even lie to anybody other than letting them think what they wanted. Also who knows, if one of them had been really charming maybe we would have ended up dating although that was not my intent. I did just want to say, it is not that girls get everything we want and guys never do. This might seem like I am being defensive or changing the subject but I do just want to say that I think things kind of balance out, I think some of the same reasons guys were nice to me, fed me and gave me rides and that kind of thing, also led to me being in a relationship where I was treated as an object and frequently humiliated, and another brief relationship where someone physically took advantage of me in a major way. Oh, @Billlewis In college I basically had a stalker that knew my entire schedule. He would show up after a class and pester me to carry my back pack, or get me food or something to drink.
