I ran into a girl I use to have sex with on regular basis , that lied to me about being married , when I found out she was married , I ended it with her and asked her why she was cheating on her husband with me , She said because he doesn’t touch her anymore and is rude and mean to her so she just wanted to feel wanted and desired again. I told her she is best to divorce him if she is that unhappy in her marriage , She said she still loves him but her wants and needs weren’t being met. That was the last I seen or heard from her , until yesterday I ran into her at the grocery store and she was by herself. We ended up talking and she said she was sorry for what she did to me but she said her marriage with her husband has gotten better , she said she confessed to her husband that she cheated on him and they worked things out , She said her husband is now the same man he was when they first met and then she thanked me for making her realize what she was doing was wrong. I said I am happy to hear your marriage got better and things are working out between you both and I told her I was shocked her husband gave her a second chance. She said she thought he wouldn’t but he decided lot forgive her. This has been heavy on my mind and I kind of feel like i saved her marriage. Have you ever been the other person and saved someone’s relationship or marriage?

Yes, but there are different types of relationships. The one that I helped put back together was between a mother and her son.

So how did you help out the mother and son?

She had her son from her first marriage. Then she later on got remarried and they had a daughter together.
Her son was in his 20's and she was in her late 40's when I gave her suggestions on how to make her son a priority in her life because he had stopped seeing and calling him Mom.
He didn't feel welcomed when he would visit her at her house.
She totally made her new family her first priority and her son kind of fell by the way side.
The suggestion I gave her was to not make her son feel like he's going up against a tag team. To not hang up the phone with him just because he husband was home.
Ask him to have lunch dates with just the two of you. They did that.
And when the son started going to her house not to sit right next to her husband because he felt like it was them against him.
Just to not have her son have to compete for her attention and to make him feel comfortable by paying attention to him too when he visits.

There was more but I can't remember.

Anyway she came over and told me that my suggestions worked and her and her son has a close relationship after implementing the suggestions I gave her.
She was thrilled to have her son back in her life and he felt like he meant something special to his mom.♥️
