Pretty much.
Good enough body/face that I want to fuck her - essential in a sexual relationship of course. I think it is the male desire to fuck a specific female that is the main driver.
Genuinely nice because that is an umbrella of a number of desirable traits. It is unlikely a genuinely nice girl will be disputatious for example and would mostly be co-operative. It is also observable over time. Girls want to seem nice but quite often aren't deep down. I want niceness in her nature.
Has to have conservative politics. I am just not compatible with inanities on a 101 genders.
So they are my uncompromising reqs.
There are many things I find attractive but you are not likely to get all of them. Essential to concentrate on the essentials and not to have such onerous requirements that it will exclude nearly all girls from consideration.
I'd also like a calm persona but I also like a bright amusing personality. Probably the two are incompatible so that's a conflict.

How about things I don't want? As I've built my boundaries around those and my exes didn't really have much in common but I was still attracted to them for different reasons.

- Constant drama, to include exes and baby daddies / family problems

- Makes everything political with a us vs them mentality (had an ex who just threw labels at everything to shut down conversations)

- Unfaithful (obviously)

- Needy / dependant (had one that constantly needed reassurance)

- Disregards boundaries

It’s a low class thing to say. In the upper classes it just isn’t said. Even in middle or lower classes it is uneducated and classless.
