Psychopathy. I don’t know if its real or just a wall/persona one decides to build instead of psychology and even neuroscience consensus saying its a genetic trait. But let me tell you I’ve met a lot of diagnosed psychos, and I myself might be described as such by a good amount of people, as well as others in or around my family.

Its a “trait” my ex wife certainly had as well as a close friend. Its a personality trait and disorder you might say I’m obsessed with.

Exploitative is the best I can come up with that encompasses a lot of areas while still being a "trait" and not a personality disorder. It covers lying, manipulation, gas-lighting, and using others for personal gain without remorse or empathy. It covers psychopathic tendencies, narcissistic tendencies and abusive behavior on all levels.
