When I first read the question, my first thought was yes, it matters to women. There is such a thing as under or over filled. There are limits.

There are lots of examples of things that shouldn't be over filled: tires, your washing machine, the crank case in your car engine, a septic tank. You can overload the memory on your computer. The capacity of an electrical outlet can only handle so much without tripping a circuit breaker and an electrical wire can catch on fire if it is overloaded. Your capacity for food and liquor is limited.
