Being in a mutually infatuated, sexual relationship is a peak experience. The feeling of infatuation is what people associate with love.

Relationships are part of growing up. They are like practice for when we are old enough and mature enough to settle down.
Through them, we learn about ourselves. We learn what we like and don't like; what we want and don't want. We learn about others and basic human behavior. Through experience, we gain wisdom and knowledge.
We learn about passion and heartache, which are part of real life. We will experience those things many times as long as we live. It's unavoidable.

It's about living your life to the fullest and squeezing as much joy and pleasure out of it as you can while you can.

I had a few. Nothing real serious but it was good to have a girlfriend to talk to and share feelings with and a bit of physical stuff.. But with college and jobs etc. many of those relationships disappear as we all grow up. What do u think?

You can learn with less risk so to say. Yes it comes with all the drama as well but concequences are often less. Forcing somethihg for the purpose of having it does nlt seem wise either though. I see no purpose of avoiding it though.

Experience. Very few of us marry the first guy/girl we date. So you might as well get the first few out of the way and learn from them while you’re at it.

In theory you get a little more practice in navigating other people's emotions.

I know a bunch of "experienced" people who are absolute garbage at conducting relationships though.
