She tells me she doesn't love me but still has feelings for me?

Been dating someone now which was for a long while long distance but we would always call every night and chat throughout the day,

She's now moved down south a lot closer to where I am but she's been understandably stressed what with the move for her and her mother, buying a new apartment outright and now looking for work,

She has become really distant and tells me she no longer feels love towards me but still has feelings for me, I've said if she's unhappy and wants someone else she should but she doesn't want to let me go, I've found it hard knowing I'm the only one in this one sided relationship giving love, I was thinking I'm a guy maybe it's normal and ok for me to be unloved in the relationship and on the bright side she still feels something

She still wants me to keep saying the love yous to her but won't say it back, so yeah I think I'll give her space and keep my options open and who knows, cheers everyone :)
