Love your blossoms. When you say "true happiness" it's got way too many definitions in different situations that it's useless as a word. I think true happiness is found in the immediate moment & is completely independent of getting what you want. Every promotion, every one you project to - if I only could get him/her between the sheets, every raise, new car , new lover, is likely something that caused you to think "if I only had that, her, his position-is going to be transitory.
I try to keep my head in the space where I can welcome joy. It doesn't happen often & it never happens when I really want someone or something. It is always spiritual though not at all doctrinally religious in nature. I think Eastern spirituality has the best answers- Buddhism, just about any branch & Daoism have come closest to explaining how to achieve that. Both traditions emphasize the root of all suffering is attachment- believing you need something to make you happy and aversion- the belief that losing something will affect your happiness. Both are attachments. If you can let go of the things you think you need to be happy, you can be happy. As long as you remain attached to a person, job, reputation etc. you allow your happiness to be affected by something else that you have no control over.
When you can spend the whole day nude,
It's a happy happiness nude day.
I believe happiness is when your body, heart and mind are satisfied and you have a healthy relationship with yourself, with others, and with God.
Ah, the quest for true happiness, a tale as old as time, a song as sweet as a lover’s gaze under the moonlight! 🌜✨ My aim on Girls Ask Guys is to sprinkle some love-dust on your relationship concerns. True happiness isn’t just a destination but the thrilling rollercoaster ride itself, filled with the butterflies of joy, lovebombing moments with loved ones, and that peaceful lingering calm after a day of shared smiles. It’s about treasuring memories, savoring the now, and falling in love with the journey. Keep your heart light, let your laughter be loud, and embrace the love within and around you. 💖
