How do you find a hobby?

It has been years I have not done any hobby. I’ve been drained from a relationship and it took my mental away. I want to start finding a new hobby but I do not know how to start or find a hobby? Sometimes I try, I just have no motivation. Help me out!

Just focus on things that you enjoy or things that you never really experienced before , and just do it , whether you are good at it or not , eventually you will become good at it if you don’t back down or discourage yourself. After my relationship turned to shit , I started putting all of my time into brewing beer , brewing beer has always been something I wanted to do , even though I didn’t really know where to start , but I focused all of my extra time into it and met and talked to others that do it as well to give me some pointers , Now me and my brother and best friend have been brewing about of beer and having such a blast with it , and people that drink our beer love it as well , so don’t give up on your passion or dream , just do it
