Are all relathipship rollercoaters?

Only with the wrong people. When you meet someone that is on the same page as you and pretty much sees eye to eye with you , and has a lot in common with you , then you more than likely won’t experience a rollercoaster relationship, Why it’s wise to never rush into a relationship with anyone , date them and take things slow , suggest a FWB’s with some strings attached relationship with them if things start to get heated up between you 2 , to give the both of you more time to really get to know each other , before fully committing to each other. Most people are just infatuated with each other in the beginning but once the infatuation period runs it’s course that’s when the real question pops up on whether you really like this person or not and can you see yourself with the person for the long haul instead of the short haul , FWB’s with some strings attached pretty much eliminates the both of you from having your heart broken , this only works if the both of you are honest with each other , never get into a relationship with someone that can’t be honest with you period , you will just be wasting your time

To some extent, yes. Especially if passion is involved, which I think is an integral part to a relationship. However there is a line. Speaking from experience, I went from an emotional-rollercoaster relationship to one that wasn't, and I still reminisce sometimes about the first one more than the second. The first was when I was young, and it was a rollercoaster to the extent that I was having panic attacks when things werent going great (he wouldn't message me for days, and then would return love bombing). In that relationship, I had rose-coloured glasses on, and the rollercoaster part of it, despite causing anxiety, was also exciting. After that relationship blew up (for good reason) I moved on to a less chaotic relationship. However, it lacked the excitement and the spark. The relationship I am in now is a lot more well balanced, it does still have its up's and down's but we talk through them and navigate them together as a couple. I dont think you can be in a successful relationship without having some ups and downs, but it should never be scary.

There are certainly ups and downs in every relationship but they don't have to be a constant rollercoaster.

Well they are even healthy ones at times can be. But the difference is that healthy couples communicate and put effort into a relationship as well as figure out the times where they need to cut their losses as hard as it may be for the better good of both people.

Unhealthy ones thrive off of the roller coaster…. Thrive off of insecurity. Thrive off of drama. Thrive off of attention. Thrive off of all the things a relationship should not be. Until both people are completely drained

Life is the Rollercoaster your relationship is the person beside you. Pick a good person to have beside you and they make the Rollercoaster better instead of being part of it

At times yes up and down fast other times they are long slow hills and curves so yes pretty much mine is way down at the lowest point
