At the end of your life, how will you measure if a relationship was truly successful? Is it length, depth of love, personal growth, or something else?

Length of relationship is irrelevant is one or both have been unhappy in the relationship.
I see it that a relationship is successful when both are happy in it, even better, thriving.
If we got through the bad times and made it, all areas, which is something I've had failures with in my past love life, but hoping this one with the love of my life will be about.

I'd judge it successful if it didn't end! Until death of one or both! ...
If it ended for any other reason then it wasn't successful
Not sure.
It's supposedly been attributed to Steve Jobs the quote about it's a 50/50 if there's a god and a reason he never supposedly liked putting on / off switches on his devices.
