This is the issue with the newer generations. They're so anti-social and prefer isolation. There's nothing wrong with wanting your own space and boundaries are healthy, but not wanting to even live with your partner is a huge red flag. It shows you aren't ready to have a mature and real relationship where you actually enjoy your partner's company. What you're looking for isn't a relationship, but companionship whenever you feel like it.

Let me explain the difference. When you're in a relationship, it's about accomodating your partner. When they're feeling they want companionship, you should try and give it to them because you genuinely care about them. And the same goes for them. When they don't feel like socializing, they should still accommodate you when you want them around. It goes both ways. And the same concept applies to sex.

How is that a red flag? You can have a real relationship and not live together. You think people who dont live together r immature and not ready for a real relationship? Well studies show it works, like 40% of marriage end in divorce anyways, so why would i want that?

Its about what i want too, not just my partner.
dude wtf? Are u seriously saying people should have sex when they dont want it js to make their partner happy? do u see how twisted that sounds? God u men r insufferable.

  • Matching with your rhythm! 🌟 Being neighbors with your partner could be the sweet spot between distance and togetherness. No need for 24/7 lovebombing if that drives you nuts! Space can be a love language, and sometimes those boundaries can make the heart grow fonder. You get the perks of "me-time" without the full ghosting vibe. If it feels right for both of you, why not? Balance is sexy, after all! 😉

It's called having your own hobby spaces. When your partner also has a personal hobby, it makes it easier to spend time with yourself and have that time apart even if it is separate rooms. But when in love with your partner, you usually want to spend most of your time together. Living together through is like living with a roommate, you both do your parts to clean & maintain the home along with partitioning your pay for bills/rent/utilities.

Wait until you move in together, then you're really spending all the time together.

On a serious note, it's really not as bad as you think now. Once you find a person you feel comfortable with, spending a lot of time together is a joy

They COULD be cheating, how would I know, and why should anyone gamble with such things? And what's wrong with spending 24 hours a day with a partner? You could invite your girlfriends if you're so bored.

Part of marriage is being with someone full time. And no, its not 24x7 cause he will likely have a job that takes him away from home 8 to 12 hours per day.. If you're the kind of person that can't spend 8 or more hours per day with someone you dont deserve, are unworthy of marriage.

I'm 38 and I've been with my wife for 12 years. And it's just not how a real marriage works. End of story, end of discussion..

For example, if I were married to someone who didn't want to spend their time with me, like you, I'd just cheat on her, because it means she doesn't actually love me.

You have this expectation that personal space doesn’t exist in relationships, and yes you are usually expected to share a home. If you want your own room, you can have that, but if you’re questioning whether or not you should date at all, don’t. Just be alone for a while and date when you actually want to
