I’d like to really get into fitness and being outdoors. It’s my plan for this year to return to the gym, but I only had a baby 8 weeks ago so my body is still recovering and I’m limited to what exercises I can do, plus I can’t return to the gym with a newborn haha. I’m impatient.

At the end of the day, no. Because the one change I would make would affect too many innocent people downstream in this timeline. I’ll just live with things they way they have worked out. My life hasn’t been so bad. Sorta charmed actually.

Well first I would change my current location to be replaced by wherever you are this very moment 😏

I’d tweak a few things: more time with my wife and daughter, less time staring at screens, and maybe a slightly calmer brain. I wouldn’t erase mistakes, though. All the cringe, heartbreak, and red flags made me the coach (and man) I am now.

Yes.  To be one month ago where I had a motorcycle and car to get around in a foreign country but now the bike is dead and the car needs to return to my home country
