How old were you the first time you fell in love or had a crush on someone?

I'm not 100% sure of my first, it was 1 of about 4 people. I'm just not sure which one was first.
I had a minor crush on mom's youngest sister when I was between 3 and 7 or 8. She was 18 or 19 at the time.
I had a crush on Rikki Wertz, a local t. v. host who was the star of a morning kid's show, sort of like Romper Room but with more fun and intelligence. I guess I was between 3 and 6. 30 years later, I'd become friends with her niece, Jenn, who was just about to start a new band called, Rusted Root.
As far as I know, I was in Kindergarten when I met my new classmate, Susan Krumphardt (the preacher's daughter) and fell madly in love with her.
Somewhere between 1st and 3rd grade (I don't remember which grade she taught), I had a crush on my teacher, Mrs. Baumgarten. Her hubby was the principal.

I was 15. I met him at a B B King concert at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, California.

There weren't any chairs at the Fillmore. Just a huge wooden floor and everyone sat on the floor.

He was 2 people away from me, but we kept leaning over and saw each other. We waved to each other and smiled. He asked me for my phone number and he did call me and wrote me letters 💌 that I received in the mail. I read them over and over again.

He said "I think you're foxy mama and I dig you a lot." I memorized those words. Hehehe 🤣

He lived 30 miles away from me so we didn't hardly see each other. But I did see him after I graduated from high school at his house at the river.

I've never forgotten Bob - Robert Bernard Nichols, my first heart throbbing crush.

This is Ricki. I first saw her on the Ricki & Copper show. A while later, she had another dog like Copper named, Penny and it became The Copper & Penny Show.

As for Jenn, my band was playing an outdoor benefit concert next to a creek for a friend of the band and Jenn was there with a Hawaiian girl that was a friend of hers. everybody was supposed to spend the night there in a sleeping bag next to the creek but I couldn't do that without waking up with a terrible cold so, as Jenn and her friend were coming back here (an hour's drive from the park), they gave me a ride home. A few weeks or so later, she and Liz Berlin started Rusted Root and got signed to Atlantic and had a big hit.
For some reason, Jenn eventually got kicked out of the band and Liz married Mike Gablicki, who was also in the band, and they lived a few doors away from my future ex-fiance and would come over to her place to take her yoga classes.
THAT'S really wild!! Now, all of a sudden, they got signed to Mercury, not Atlantic!! Mandala effect!! I know damn well they were on Atlantic!!!

Well, my first crush was when I was five years old and I still had feelings for her even to when I was 13, Then I moved away, but I never stopped having feelings for her until I was about 14 or 15 years old, And that was less because she wasn’t an amazing person and more so because that just logistically was not gonna happen anymore.

Susan was the one that changed my life until I started going to 7th grade and met Emily and fell madly in love with her! Stayed that way for 13 years until I finally got my first girlfriend! I'd still like to know what Sue and Emily are up to, these days, I haven't seen Sue since 3rd grade and Emily since 12th but, they no longer run my love life. That belongs to my fiance.

I'm 45 and married for the last 22 years. I've had many crushes first in Kindergarten. I've only loved one woman, my best friend. Not my wife. I just remember that she was a very pretty blonde but, Baumgarten was her married name. I have no idea what her maiden name was.
It was a school attached physically to the Lutheran church. So, pretty much everyone there was German or had some German roots. My grandmother (dad's mom) claimed she was of German royalty. But, the biggest reason we were associated with that church was because dad liked their baseball team and was friends with everyone on it.
