Is there such a thing as bad luck in love?

I think I have bad luck in love. By this I mean I don´t meet guys who like me, ever, so I never had a boyfriend or anything. I have good looks, I don´t have mental issues and there´s nothing weird or wrong about me. However, I don´t like the idea of "bad luck", I think it is an easy explanation. I think there must be something about me that guys don´t like, something about the way I act or my attitude or something like that that I can´t quite figure out.

Do you believe in bad luck? is it possible that I have bad luck? and if there´s something wrong with something I may be doing, what could it be?

No, I think you make your own 'luck'. It's a cliche, but it's true IMO.

You need to come across as a girl who's open to sex/romance. Even though most girls claim they do want to be approached, I've noticed girls generally do look closed off or defensive.

Most guys, from what I can tell, don't have the confidence to approach sober girls unless the girl makes a sign that she's interested, for example by smiling.

Of course if you're not meeting new guys often, then that's the first problem you need to address.

I gotta agree with our anonymous buddy here.

I've also noticed how girls look rather reserved/defensive on the outside, even though deep inside they really want to be approached. But we obviously can't read people's minds, so for us guys, it looks like these girls don't want to have to do anything with us, so we automatically move on. Better to appear more approachable, smile more often, give a guy that you like with a glance or two, some sign - anything - to show that you're not closed off.

Don't think so. Luck is what you make of it. And besides, if you're single then embrace that sense of freedom. If you really do want that companionship, however, then you may need to do a few things, like being more attentive and flirtatious with the guy that you're interested in. And be sure not to friend zone him.

You're living somewhere where the guys are into a different kind of girl, or you're going places where the guys are dumb.

Try going out to places you normally wouldn't go, or concerts you think the crowd wouldn't be your type.

Or just smile more at guys. Maybe dress a little different.
