Girls love older men, that's common. Being a coach I am around many teenagers and even though I do not look at them "that way" I do see some of them as "attractive". Now, my thoughts have no feeling behind them...if you feel guilty that may be something you need to look into :) Just because you look young doesn't mean you should act young. Maturity is what makes your attractive.
Why feel guilty? you've said you wouldn't even look at a minor. It's just harmless flirting, enjoy the attention. I'm 18 if I flirt with someone or choose to get invovled with someone, I know exactly what I'm doing as do the girls that are flirting with you. They might be doing it to up their own status, to just meet a more mature guy or because they like you in particular. Isn't the age of consent in Canada, 16? so clearly there is no legal problem. Provided they aren't naive and you aren't decieving them, there is nothing wrong with dating them.

My husband is 6 years older than me. I don't see a problem with age difference in any way as long as it's legal. If I were single, and I saw you and your as good looking as your making yourself out to be, your age would probably be the last thing that crossed my mind lol. Anyone 18 and over is legal so don't feel guilty :)

I think that as long as you're not doing anything with a minor, you're in the clear. I would have a conversation with these girls though to talk about what you both want from your relationship and to set clear boundaries and goals. But then communication is vital to any relationship regardless of the gap in age.
As to why these younger gals are attracted to you, you've already mentioned that you're a good looking guy. That doesn't hurt you. It could also be that as you are older, and girls will associate age with maturity. They're at the age when their values change and they want stability and they want to try a serious relationship. As an older candidate, perhaps these young girls feel that they can gain experience off of your relationship to aid them in their future endeavors.
Either way, and whatever the motivations behind the relationships, try and be safe.

I'm 22, and I gave up on men my own age. They are immature, and a good majority of them don't know how to treat, or (more importantly) respect a woman. I found that guys about 30-32 are my sweet spot. They're not too old that we don't have anything in common, but they have more life experience and maturity than guys my own age.
As long as these girls are responsible and act about their age (preferably a bit older), there's nothing wrong with it.
I am in a similar situation. I am 42 and dating a guy who is 27. I am divorced and the mother of four, but I look pretty good for my age. (People usually guess my age to be around mid 30's). I was feeling really at odds when I started dating my guy, but I have learned that if there is mutual chemistry and you have enough in common, then go for it. It probably will not be an easy thing to come to terms with in the beginning, but it does get easier. Good luck and have fun with it.
