Polls: Relationships

I just feel like I shouldn’t have to explain to him when someone’s sketchy. Neither should I have to tell him to not give out his phone number to the opposite gender even if they are harmless. It happened once but still.

So I’m going with a much older guy. I noticed his living room was a mess when I’d come over. So, I stayed at his place one day, worked online while he went out and worked. I cleaned his living room.

My bfs brother is constantly meddling in his business and in our relationship he has as well in the past…. his older bro also criticizes him to me when he isn’t around says stuff like him being useless and what do I see in him, that he’s all about himself and doesn’t care about family and that he has a bad disability, but that’s not the case at all about my bf….

so why does his older brother speak negatively about him to me or try to meddle in his business or our relationship? Is he jealous of his brother?

I heard a story about that. It goes like this:

- A gets caught cheating (in the act) and is remorseful.

- B breaks up but then reconciles and they worked it out.

- Years later they get married and have kids.

- B suddenly cheats for revenge, feels nothing for the affair person.

- B at least confesses to it and stops the affair

They're both even. Is it ever right to cheat back? What if it's out of just revenge and you're even using the affair person, feel nothing for them?

So say a friend suggests going to a resturant next weekend and then ends the comment with well "it's up to you" what does that imply to you.

Off course there are valid reasons to end a relationship such as it being abusive and toxic (or if someone wants children and the other doesn't) obviously but it seems that nowadays everything is a deal-breaker.

- You had an your first argument and notice they got flaws----break-up

- After 4-5 years in a relationship they did a lame prank----break-up

- The infatuation stage is over and chemistry runs out after 2-3 years---break-up

- They are snoring badly and you can't get to sleep----break-up

- They arrive late on some dates but are overall a good person---break-up

Some people keep saying marriage is a joke. Well so are relationships, living together is a joke too... all that shaking up for a break-up later on lol. Everything seems like a joke nowadays. Seriously are people nowadays breaking up for anything?

What would be worse to you?

- Your spouse cheats and you had to find out elsewhere. You were lied for so long. You thought the relationship or marriage was alright, only to find out that.

- They blatantly (no sugarcoating at all) tell you in your face they fancy someone else and want to be with them. Or they say ''I would like to sleep around''.
