What would you choose, Heaven or Earth?

Heaven: with all Rules.

Earth: with your choice of living Beings. No Rules.

I would have to go with both the meek shall inherit the earth and I want to see my relatives in both places and move around super fast

But Heaven has rules, once you are in heaven, you cannot move around/outside it.
