I think if they want to stop wearing it they should. Bur if they don’t want to stop they shouldn’t stop. But they should make it where they don’t have to wear one in their home country because it’s deemed illegal to not wear one.
Muslim women should do whatever they want. No one is forcing them to wear an hijab as many people think so why so many people want to force them to take it off? People need to Read more about it, learn more about it instead of making assumptions.
Pretty much all religions are restrictive, but I’m pretty sure wearing the hijab is a choice in most western countries. If they choose to wear it then I don’t see anything wrong with that.
No, they should not. The racist people who do that need to stop. You're good for standing up for them. Tell your dad to stop and that it makes you uncomfortable and how wrong it is.
I'm abstaining from this vote. If she wants to wear it, I will be respectful. If she doesn't want to wear it, I will treat her normally. I don't know her domestic circumstances; I don't know how religious she and/or her household is.
No I don't think that muslim women should stop wearing hijabs it's their own choise of wear so if they want to wear then it's okh and I believe if they don't want to wear then do not force them to wear it comes you can't force for anything to anyone it's personal choise. And we should respect that

There is definitely an ethical principle there when it comes to a muslim woman discarding her hijab but there is also one where hurling verbal abuse at them for wearing it is concerned. I don't think it is right to force them to wear it but I see no harm in them choosing to as long as the choice isn't simply a result of illusory indoctrination.

Depends on why they are wearing them. If they are doing so for actual religious reasons that is fine. If they are doing so as a political statement, that they feel contempt for European society than no.
I dont agree with many Muslim things but they do have this right. It takes modesty from women to get respect from men. That is so awesome those that do it. Christian women used to be almost just as modest and look now. Smh.
In the street they're fine nothing nobody can do about em but i think they should be banned from being worn in the bank, stores, restaurants etc tho, as we can't see what they look like , but here in the uk Muslims that wear hijabs burqas don't get told to take em off as its part of their religions but non muslims get told to put their hoddies down which isn't fair , so in my opinion they should be banned
With all due to respect you do you realise you’re contradicting yourself by saying they can be worn on the streets but not in banks/stores/restaurants etc? What do you expect a woman to do? Take it off when she gets to her destination? First I hear about hoody’s not being allowed too - anyways hoodies are a personal choice but hijabs are a religious one.
@Alyssa11 there's no rules in the street and in banks etc there are , but if a person wears a hoddie you can't see their face and if a Muslim woman wears a burka you can't see her face
No they should have right to dress however they want it's theirs wish and theirs right to wear hijab or not It's shouldn't be yours concern or anyone's
That's you're perceptions to interpret on free society For me free society stand for freedom to do whatever we want , say whatever and dress however we want to Without this non sense

I think women are allowed to wear whatever they want whether it be for religious reasons or personal reasons. Saying otherwise is discrimination.
Muslim women, like everyone else, should wear whatever they want to wear. Many religious have a tradition of head covering.

I see nothing wrong with Muslim women wearing Hijabs, but I also don't find fault with any women who refuse to wear them.

As long as hey don't talk about my mama, take money out of my wallet, or try to blow up the USA, I don't care what they do.
It’s a personal choice due to religion. Some choose not too. Regardless, what others wear is not my concern.
No, it’s very important to them to wear a hijab. It simply doesn’t affect me so I shouldn’t have a say if they should or should not wear it.

freedom can't be all encompassing. but islamic values are not compatible with a free society, allowing them to be free creates less freedom overall
Who decided that you

You're disgusting 007kingifrit
@007kingifrit you're racists I just can't tolerate you anymore
Your dad is a pos and they should their hair is their glory and should not be shown at least not to men.
How someone else practices their religion is none of my concern. With that said, I think hijabs are beautiful.
