I do lucid dreaming a lot.
it’s part of my sleep coping strategy, I’ve done it since was young,
I also have a Dream a journal.
I fairly regularly scream in my sleep (great thing for new girlfriends lol).
I also do the brilliant nightmare inside a nightmare thing, the shit that just keep on giving.

the last link is good, they do work with PTSD and other mental health issues.
Admittedly some nights I have to fuck around with my sleep pattern as I know it’s going to be a bad one, nothing better than knowing you will go to bed and scream yourself awake later on 😂😂😂
oh yeah and I’m living alone, in a 200 year plus house that has had 2 known suicides in it lol.
For that reason I am avoiding any astral projection, the house is probably a bit full 😂😂 ..

Oddly I'm only able to have lucid dreams and ever since childhood. As a result, I've never had nightmares. I have had horrifying things happen in those but I was aware I was dreaming so it's like watching an interesting horror film. I actually don't know how people do the other type of dreaming where they aren't aware it's a dream. That sounds much more immersive.
Not projections but I’ve tried lucid dreaming before.

I did lots of stuff when I was young but I kept running into people who pretended to be able to do it but were actually liars. I can't stand liars so the fact this stuff attracted hardcore liars turned me off to it.
I did it once as a child. It wasn't on purpose. I lay in bed and somehow my spirit (?) hovered towards the ceiling. I could look down towards the bed where my body was. No idea how that happened.
I'm always lucid when I dream, on the rare occasion I sleep lol.
I've only been successful in having a lucid dream once all I did was spawn a weapon wall and have a chat with myself
I have tried lucid dreaming. I made myself fly like Superman.
I don’t do it on purpose, most of my brain just has to be awake. Like literally being trapped in your own mind
I've astral projected twice.
I did that once and then I got locked in a closet and it was scary. If you wake up before you get back to your body you become a disembodied spirit who is trapped until someone opens the closet
I have! I wound up in my bathroom. Not too impressive. 😒😒
Astral projection and lucid dreaming is a lot of fun
Attempting lucid dreaming was a waste of time.
No I haven't
