Have you ever astral projected?

I used to get these dreams where I was standing in the street by my house at night and the further I walked away the darker things got and if I wandered too far from the spotlight from the lamp, I'd feel adrenaline as if I was being chased and wake up.

I don't know if that's astral projecting but it was scary as hell and whoever kept putting me there is kinda a dork

Astral Projection or out of body experiences are usually associated with near death experiences. When you wake up how does your heart feel? is your heartbeat normal? if it is normal then your just having bad dreams however, if you're waking up with a heart arrythmias after these dreams then you may want to see a doctor.

That's interesting. I've had dreams all my life where I felt like I was somewhere that felt so real. But It couldn't have been. Maybe I have a weird heartbeat.

I’d like to try it, especially after reading about the experiences one man had in his book “My Big TOE” and T. O. E. Stands for “theory of everything” he approaches the metaphysical from a scientific perspective and it’s fascinating

Why, you think it has meaning? I've had many very intense ones. Not always bad. But ones that felt similar to ones that ended up coming true.
