I don’t really understand it much. If what I experience is astral travelling or not. But I’ve always likened it to that half sleep when you jolt awake or when you’re in a deep sleep and you fall in your dream. Science says that it’s called a hypnic jerk. But I always seem to be dreaming a reoccurring dream when it happens. I fall from a great height and just before impact I wake up with a jolt.

Yeah I astral traveled to the planet Gorkax and communed with the Gonkosplat that live there. Incredible incredible people. They speak entirely in puns which gets annoying after a while but despite that I keep going back for more.
