I shut off all my computers, turn out the lights and lie in my bed. I shut my eyes, and as I practice the breathing techniques, focusing on the changing shapes of light with each exhale, I begin to feel myself become lighter. Though it feels like hours, only a few minutes pass, and then those spokes of light begin to construct an image that feels immediately warm, familiar and, most importantly, natural. It’s like I’ve been to this place a million times before. It is a collective of angelic and benevolent beings -- they are so welcoming and loving, helping people overcome their primal fear of death, returning to Earth at will if needed. They counsel me on anything I have a question about, rather like this website, only telepathically.
