Astral Projection and anyone with similar experiences?

I wanted to share my Experience in atral projection as I am very spiritual and would like to know if anyone has any similar experiences? I have done this more than once. 4 times to count in fact. I got the hang of it almost right away. Which they say is unlikely but some are gifted with the ability quickly as so.
BACKSTORYI have always been spiritual since I was a child and have always felt guided by a "spiritual guide" "Spiritual leader" I only found the ability to have a purposeful outer body experience recently as I was hesitant to believe in such things so I tried it, doubting it's existence I happen to accidentally do it and I didn't even fully believe in it until then so I sorta freaked out and then went back into my body. But I've previously heard a woman's voice communicating with me through my dreams shortly after my 3rd time Astrally projecting as I have become very intune with my spirituality as a result Anyways this being the 4th time (5th? Lost count) it took awhile but I've gotten better at it so it doesn't take me as much time as it used to but I had left my body again. And I had seen myself sitting outside my house on the front porch in the rain in a chair but I was floating above my chair and I was watching this woman (I couldn't tell if she was indian, native American or Hispanic) but she had short black hair and she wore a red and yellow belly shirt a matching long skirt both lined with gold thread. She spun and danced in the rain almost like a mix between a belly dancer and balarina. And she stopped and slowly looked at me and said "come with me." And began walking down the path away from my house. And I replied "I can't come with you... I'm sorry. I'm afraid to leave" (I said this because I am still inexperienced at the whole atral projection thing and I'm still practicing) anyhow I believe that she was my spirit guide.

I'd like to also add, my daughter for years has always said on occasion that she would see "The lady with the black hair" around the house and sometimes it would make her afraid. I thought that it made sense now with this new experience.

What do you guys think/make of any of this. Its a lot to take on. I'm new to this type of spiritual practice
