Astral projection any stories you have?

I used to have a lot of it as a kid I used to think it was a dream I would be in mid air some invisible thing holding my neck and I cannot scream I could see my body and my parents in the further corner.

I thought it was a nightmare but it used to happen so often I mean after so many years I came to know it was an astral projection but I was filled with fear and in sleep paralysis that I can't move.

I could never do one willingly with all my might
I just want to have the experience without fear
Tried some techniques but could only go halfway just before obe I would come to my senses.

Most books suggest to imagine even though I imagine I but lot of effort and it doesn't work.

Yes I have spoken about this earlier but want others persoective

i wast well under 10 years of age. i had sleep paralysis, night sweats, sleep apnea, bedwetting and any other night issue. i am a lucid dreamer. i can wake myself up from a lucid dream.

i'm not sure astral projection is the same thing. i do think i've done that a couple of times only because i heard the term and made it happen. i can't walk outside of a dream into a non-dream world. that's what i believe that is. some would call that sleep-walking?

the sleep paralysis, I've had it yes... a couple of times, and it did start this year

but not an astral projection...
