What do you hope death looks like?

Like the actual entity, death.
Or are you talking about what happens after death?

I guess I'd like the entity to look like a puppy or some other cute small animal.
That'd be nice.

Or if your a bad person dying it shows up as a bear or I don't know... Moose? Something big and generally scary?

And if it's about after death... I hope that all of our souls are just kinda recycled. Once we die, we go back into the loop of life. But not just as a human. Hopefully it's at random for species's and at random for universes.

Maybe when I die, I'll be reborn as a bug in another universe. Then when I die there, I'll be born as a tree in another one. Then it continues. Eventually I'll wind up a humanoid being in a different universe.

I don't know how many universes there are out there what types of works there are. What type of creatures and beings are there. But I hope that when I die, I get the chance to find out.

I'd also really like if I could keep my memories though. Or if not my memories, then just keep my personality, whatever it is that makes me me.

"witnessing what something looks like" is part of existence. death is end of existence. therefore experiencing "what anything looks like" can not be a part of death.

if you mean what the "process" looks like till you are death, that's well documented. people get a serotonine kick while their brains slowly kick the bucket. that means you go through a happy phase while you become more and more delirious, before it's just nothingness. nothingness like all that time before you were born.

I was in a coma due to a traumatic brain injury and experienced a ending void of nothing. Coming out of a coma was very much something that was done in stages. At one point I was mentally aware on some level. But not completely mentally awake and had not physical functionality at all. At that point it was very much like being in a endless void of nothingness. To me that is what death looks like.

Hope? Eternal justice. But i know it doesn't. Or at least not in a satisfying way - it is justive through equalization. We all end in the same oblivion. From Hitler to mother Theresa a mere 100 years after our birth and our existence becomes whatever the living want to imagine it was, if they even bother to do so.
