Yes, he is. Maybe hard to understand and how so. Trust me, he is and he has shown me. Right now I'm going through shit with the court and when I was in the foster care system with my siblings. If god was omniscient, there would be no reason to repent etc, because god already knows whether you're going to burn for eternity in the infernal cauldron of pain or not. So it's an absurdity which illuminates a flaw in the Judeo-Christian and the islamic scriptures. But the real answer is we don't know because we don't know if God exists or not.

Well if you aren't omniscient you can't possibly know that he is. Because you would have to know everything and compare it to what he knows. You aren't omniscient. Therefore you can't possibly know that he is. And he can't possibly be omniscient, because there could always be something that he doesn't know that he doesn't know, and there would be no way for him to know that he doesn't know.
