Why are Ibadis considered a peaceful and tollarant branch of Islam when they really aren't?

I can give them "peaceful", but they certainly don't seen tollarant of opposing lifestyles and practices.

The West and their Ecocentric Self-Best Value System. Guess what, most of the world is Conservative. And most of SE Asia and Middle East do NOT want to be like the West. That being said, those countries in the China influenced domain appreciate the USA.
—And, if the West was educated in the slightest as it relates to Biblical worldview then you would understand. The Pentateuch is a shared OT among Christians Jews and Muslims. Muslims are an OT, Quran, Hadith people.
—So, when Genesis 16:12 says, speaking of Ishmael/Esau (Islam) line, “but he will be a wild donkey of a man; His hand will be against everyone (world governments and religious groups, infidels) and everyone’s hand against him”(world governments) And, he will live in defiance of his brothers (tribal warfare). This is a God problem NOT “Great Satan/West” problem. Government, Human Right, and Economics will not fix this one.

This group is peaceful in that:
-they are not of a caliphate mentality.
-they are not of Muslim needs to rule the world mentality.
-they are of the mindset that their areas be ran in a proper cultural Orthodoxy manner. That’s not Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, or Bin Laden crowd.
—They believe in doing what it takes, to anyone within their community, to live a highly moral orthodox Muslim life.
-If you have every been to Oman or Qatar in flight, then, you will know the different vibe. Don’t trust you vs. if I could kill your ass. I have to be Escorted off plane ✈️ in Qatar..
—Everyone steals and get caught up in the infidel thing during Celebration rituals…. It would be very unlikely that there’s a bomb up under their clothes. BUT, do not think they care about an American or Western belief system.
—In fact, both USA and Hitler used the Muslim Brotherhood and they were quite happy to be of Service.-these are the Muslim World guys.
—Hitler in WW2 shared dislike for Jews and USA with a shared disdain for Soviets from Lenin forward.
