Do you really believe in miracles?

My older sister got struck by a drunk driver when she was 10 and was in critical condition; barely didn't make it. During her recovery my parents got told the chances of her having kids was likely 0 or less than 3% and was deemed permanently infertile.

All of the sudden she had an emergency C-section (high risk pregnancy) to twins last year at the age of 39. Her and some of my family members believe in god and always pray. They always ask for the impossible to come true. They think that was God right there. I'm not much of a believer. I think she got lucky.

She had a couple long-term relationships before meeting her husband. Many times she didn't use protection and never got pregnant ever. Last year was the only single time she ever got pregnant.

Glory of God in Miracles and through His Providence:
I know people get Providence of God confused with Miracles. Biblically, Miracles ended with the Apostles and so did the Apostolic gifts (1 Corinthians 13:8;14:1-3; 14:21-22). Miracles are riddled through the Bible (Luke 9:1-2)(2 Timothy 4:20)(Philippians 2:25-27)(1 Timothy 5:23). Nothing of the above sort are constinuently done by an anointed one such as Jesus and his Students the Apostles.
-Providence of God is the Sovereign foresight of a Creator, God who ordained to accomplish a said goal. (I can’t believe she prayed and cancer was reversed etc) is not a Miracle. This is a pre-ordained Mighty Work of a Living omnipotent and omnipresent Creator, God.
—God’s behavior is NOT some form of a Skinnerian Determinism. God works around and through man’s Free Will to choose. Other words, one may obey and one may disobey but God’s Plans for you will not be thwarted. Sovereignty of God and His Will In and Through Jesus the Christ, for those He foreknew before the foundations of the world 🌎, is a secure resting place for Christians.
-All to His Glory as man is unable on his own, if not for and through Him, made righteous and Holy resting In Christ Jesus.

There is a reason why it was under 3% not 0 and just impossible. Because it wasn't a miracle and was indeed possible.
And it been possible proved that once it happened. So that's undeniable once it's happened therefore it's not a miracle just evidence of something that can happen.

I'm happy for her recovery, but there's no evidence that prayer affects medical outcomes. There have been a couple of studies done and the people prayed over did mo better.

i believe that we need to make out own, and what happens may happen if we try hard enough and some of it may come from like hope in the future.
i think if prayer helps you feel better go for it but i would not try to have too much prayer over me and what i want.

Doctors are not always right and are still human also, things just happened but it doesn’t hurt to pray
