I mean if yes then also watches the sins we do... like literally dude he is just looking at you when you're doing something bad and thinking this is the best creation on earth the most intelligent... what do you think is god remain with us every moment...

Yes I do think that, but most people seem to forget they are not only being watched by god. The devil is looking at us twenty four hours a day; just like "Jesus" or "Allah" or whichever name that a person prefers to call the lord. God's reason for watching is to make sure we are doing what is right and to examine our faith in him! The devil's reason for watching is because every second he is waiting for the perfect time to make his move; so he can throw all sorts of iniquities, distractions, and temptation in our way to make us fall. Usually he comes during our most vulnerable moments and when we are both helpless and clueless. Fragility and uncertainty is what he feeds off of. His mission is to drag as many people away from the path of righteousness as he possibly can, but either way; the whole thing is just a test to see what we choose to do and how we react in return. God sets out his exams and so does the devil! We can not know for sure what grade we will be given for our assignments until we are judged by god in the afterlife!

I believe our spirit guide will be close by yes, if they are not looking because you are in need of some privacy they'd at least make sure you are still protected. But another aspect of this is the question "Is the one who judge us always watching us?" and the answer to that is yes in my beliefs. Because the person who judges you is you.
