What does it mean when you hear voices, like out of nowhere?

Don't take this the wrong way but you should definitely see a therapist. I say this as someone with a mental illness (bipolar disorder) so just know I'm not trying to attack you or anything. This is especially prevalent if the voices are encouraging you to hurt yourself or others. Either way, best to see a doctor who could refer you to a therapist.

Schizophrenia. Maybe a loud inner dialogue. When you read something do you read it in you head too? Like can you hear your voice reading it. When you think do you think in your voice or is it radio silent in there.
