Does the bible say anything about reconciliation between human beings?

This year, three of my enemies have become my friends, I’m sure there is a bible verse about this somewhere.

There is, yes. For starters:

Matthew 18:15-17

15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

(However, the two verses after that say to bring others into it, and not to reconnect with him or her if they just straight out refuse to listen)

Prabably not, because any form of conflict resolution that does not involve a sling, sword, stone, chariot, plague, flood, or brimstone falling from the sky, is unprofitable for the Church and involves a form of mediation or civil litigation that renders the interference of a priest preacher, or minister, unnecessary and unable to force compliance in the impressionable, the gullible, and weak minded to continue putting their hard earned money into collection's bowls.

I haven't even heard of anything in Proverbs about this. The Bible says to love your enemies. That's about it.

Everywhere in the Bible that is says to live by love I think covers that along with a wide variety of topics but I don't know I've never read the bible
