Believers are the first people to cause damage on this planet. They want inferiority. They think they know what is right and what is wrong. In 2000 years so many generations have lived on this planet. Different generations have different rules, laws, lifestyles, cultures, traditions. Which generation is 100% lived according the religious scripts? But every generation possibly thought they’re believing in righteous way. If we look at history terrible things have happened.
Believe systems are good, but believers have emotions this emotions turns to love, turns to hate. Once it’s love, they flourish among others, once it hate they want to win over others and that’s not by love, but by cruelty, brutality that human could possible do.

If this referring to the religion Islam, yes it’s just as great as any other religion teachings. I’m not a Muslim, I read Quran occasionally, as I read other religious scripts.

If this is referencing to muslim people, I think they’re also cool, their teachings are wonderful, followers are also deeply routes to this believe system.

Not sure what’s you’re point it. (Certain situation).

If we are talking about last 30 years. Americans are upset for twin towers. I don’t think that’s a religious fight. Why would bin laden attack only America, and not other countries? Why is he offended? Something provoked him? Americans talk about Christianity and did Hiroshima and Nagasaki when Japan provoked? If I read New Testament of Jesus teaching. There will always be something in your life, that will continuously test you, tempt you, provoke your intentions emotions, hurt you, break you into pieces, and would wrong you. But end of the day how we praying and how close we are to god is all matters.

No believer follows this but discriminate other religions people. If I provoke enough, no believer behaves nice.

If we are looking from the day after death of Jesus Christ. I think Christians have done terrible terrible things across the globe conquering countries, dominating them tortured people to take baptism in the name of religion to show inferiority. Jesus never told to conquer a country, Even today, in America, some religious schools baptise children, without even their parents knowing.

This is not so friendliest of following, what ever religion.

I read bible I love Jesus, I read Quran I love Allah, I read hindi scriptures I love all the dieties mentioned in it. I love all religious/non religious people. Cherish try to cherish.

No one religion can control human emotions and how a human body works is my understanding.

Where do Xtians baptise kids without their folks knowing, US of A? Also, how can You love G-d without believing in Him? If You do believe in G-d, the One with no equal, how can You believe in Brahma, Krishna, Shiva, Vishnu, Saraswati, and Ganesha? I also love G-d the Most High, Moses, Abraham, Muhammad, Jesus, Siddhartha Gautama, Lao Tzu, K’ung Fu Tze, and all other qur’ānic prophets, peace and blessings upon Them.

Us Muslims are the adherents of a very peaceful faith. We all commit sins, but the Qur’ān doesn’t. If We make mistakes, blame it on us, not on the Qur’ān or on Islam.

Nothing just like any other religion ~ made for people who need guidelines in life.
Difference is Negativity toward Muslims mostly due to the US after sep11 .
Even though ( wink wink Muslims did sep11 🧐) we now know the truth who’s behind it right ! If you don’t keep sleeping I don’t have time to talk to a comatose person )
but sadly that wrong blame toward a religion it was the start of hate toward Muslims.
    Nonsense but it worked.

Terrorists did 11-9, not adherents of my faith. To say they did is like saying Xtianity did WWII, bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, enslaved millions of Negroes, started the War between the States, and sold many weapons to Israel so the latter can terrorise Palestinians.

I come from a Muslim family in a Muslim country in the middle east... so I meet all types of them and I know what they're really like... Muslims ONLY care about other Muslims... When something bad happens to Muslims whether it's in China, Palestine or whatever.. They want the whole world to acknowledge them.. When something bad happens to non Muslims.. Muslims don't care and sometimes actually like it if it's Christians or jews... and they can't even say rest in peace when a non Muslim die because it's FORBIDDEN in Islam to do that for non Muslims... Muslims worship their prophet Muhammad as much as God or Allah.. You can curse God or question him but try cursing the pedo warlord Muhammad and there will be riots.. They might come for your head... And that happened a lot in the west and Asia... Muslims treat women as obedient sub humans , it's not odd because that's how all religions and people used to treat them at the time which brings us to the next point... Islam is the only mainstream religion that hasn't been reformed yet... every other religion has... But Islam... It can't happen... it's been made by Arabs in the middle east... They lived by the sword and desert and tribal rules... Which influenced their religion... It's all about CONTROL and OBEDIENCE... now you might think... But I've met a lot of good and decent Muslims... Me too... the only good Muslim is the one who is not really a Muslim...

      Deuteronomy 4:19
And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.

      Deuteronomy 17:3
      And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;

Quite frankly, Real Christianity is what the Kjv Bible says. Most today don't read the Bible, only listen to their false preachers.

They follow a satanic religion that masquerades itself as a respectable Abrahamic religion. They're being deceived. On an individual level, there are probably some peaceful and non-judgmental Muslims. What's pathetic about many Muslims is that they'll get outraged and kill somebody who makes some dumb cartoon about Muhammad, yet look the other way when some Muslim beheads an infidel, or carries out an 'honor' killing.

On a personal level, I was walking through a mall one day, and four Muslim women, wearing black from head to toe, were walking towards me. Out of courtesy, I stepped aside to let them pass, and they didn't even acknowledge me. I was either invisible to them, or maybe they felt I was an infidel pig who didn't deserve acknowledgement. I was a bit annoyed.

@Rania05 - There's more to the story. Behind those four women was a boy of about 4, who was with them. He was strutting with his chest puffed out, not watching where he was going. I decided not to step aside for him. I stopped, and let him walk right into me. He fell back on his butt, and I walked past him. So, there it is! Five Muslims I encountered, and every one of them was rude to me.

Much the same as my views on other faiths. Keep the religious stuff out of my way and I can exist with almost anybody! I suggest ANYBODY that wants to make a stink about Islamic terrorism needs to go check out world history starting with the Crusades! I have friends that are of the Islamic faith. They don't consume alcohol and I don't serve them pork or things like Jello. Because I have no way to separate Jello made from haram from Jello made from halal because I don't make it I have friends that are Baptist that don't consume alcohol.

I have no “views on Muslims” as a group. One of the greatest problems we face is tribalism. Having opinions on people we don’t know just because we can stick them in a box of things we think we know is nothing short of willful ignorance. Ignorance is at the heart of every “ism” that divides us as a species. If we value and appreciate democracy, then we need to bring people together. In order to do that, tribalism has got to go.

That they generally live peaceful life’s in the main and get an unfair amount of bad press.

Having said this I do believe there is a proportion who have extreme views and wish for those close to them to live a life which they believe and in some cases choose by force.

Islam claims to be about peace, but Mohammed was certainly NOT a peaceful guy the and the Quran is full of violence just as the Bible is in Christianity. In my opinion, the difference between Christ and Mohammed is immeasurable. That said, the Muslims I've met were very nice people. I don't agree with many of their "practices", and I surely don't agree with radical Muslims who want states or countries being run by Islam.

So long as they don't even attempt to force their beliefs on any other people, or on ANY form of government in this country, and they live by our rules here, I don't have a problem.

I just want to reiterate, without Muslims wanting to get into a Quran discussion with me because I won't do it, that calling Islam "the religion of peace" is about as misleading (and bullshit) as saying Christianity was justified to conduct the Crusades.

Sir, the removing of clitoris was culturally invented not supported by religion, child marriages are not allowed. Women chose to cover their face. It says they have to in Islam but it also says if they don’t want to then they don’t have to. People who force these are cruel and definitely not going by the book. Hope it made sense

I think their religion is silly and stupid, causes too many terrorists and violence, and that Islam is fundamentally incompatible with all Western values. If people want to worship such silly things, they can, but it goes against Western freedom, especially American ones, and they need to understand that they can't force their values onto Westerners who don't agree with them. Yet few of them do.

I like İslam and Muslim because I am a Muslim. But not all Muslims are perfect. There can be sinful Muslims as well as good Muslims. In the Islamic faith, sinful Muslims are called fasiq. We believe that we were sent to this world to be tested. If Allah had willed, He would have created us all in such a way that we would never sin. But in this case there would be no test. And there would be no need for heaven or hell. It's like having right and wrong answers in a test. May Allah guide the wicked Muslims to the right path.

The answer I'm going to give does not only concerns Islam and muslims. To be honest, although in every religion there's something deeply interesting in the field of philosophy, I'm convinced they're just outdated. The time has come for humans to grow up, think for themselves and take responsibility for their acts instead of relying on predigested commandments. The same is true when it comes to politics.

I have no problem with Muslims. The ones I've met have been kind and generous. I know people who travel in the Middle East and Levant who express the same perspective based on experience.

There are radical Muslims, for sure. But they are a minority. In reality, there are as many ass holes of other religions like Christianity and Judaism as there are followers of Islam.

My view is they should examine their emotions further and follow Jesus. There is a lot of good in the culture and are very dedicated and committed to honor their beliefs and families. But as well there is some issues I’ve seen around control and honor that I find unhealthy and dangerous. Love as underlying motive is superior to honor… which I find is their primary emotional motive.

I think they do follow Jesus. But they believe Jesus to be a prophet and not God. Allah gave Muhammad, Jesus, Abraham, Moses, etc., the Quran, gospel, Psalms, or whatever. They just look At Jesus As gods messenger. I think 🤔. I don't know. I didn't finish reading Quran.

@Onlyonceatime That sounds right. You can't have two heads and they don't. They view Jesus as teaching and prophet, but the other is their authority. Jesus promoted God is love. Their God ends up being... honor, one is a slave of God. It's different. Out of that you get various rules... like if you leave, some will kill you. If a daughter offends their father, some will kill them. If a woman is raped, she is killed... honor. Christians don't do that, the inspiration is Christ, which is love.
That said... any religious person can go astray of that and out of love... some have blown up abortion clinics, killed, etc.. Twisted behaviors are possible, anything can be justified.

That there are over a billion and a half of them, representing a huge range of cultures, ethnicities, histories, and personality types. It's kind of silly to lump them all together. Most of them are okay, some of them are awesome, a handful of them suck. Like pretty much any other group.

They are the most misunderstood religion. If one took the time to actually befriend a Muslim and truly learn about them then they would change their opinion and not believe what the media says.

    Concordant of Worms 1122

In the year 1122 the leaders of the Christian nations agreed upon the separation of Church & State. The law takes precedence over religious values.

Islam has never achieved this level of civilization. Maybe at some point in the future they will but as of today they’re still living in the medieval era with religious law.

I don’t agree on killing animals under any religious beliefs or views. Slit throat let them bleed out slowly is wrong regardless who you are. And also if you are a teacher and saying if you are gay it’s fine to kids in school, the Muslim are very homophonic and won’t want this in school. And if they not in their own country majority. They should respect the country they live in and the laws.

but I personally think all religions are bad and the world would be a better place without it snd everyone will get along just fine.

A man can have 4 wives and a women can only have one man isn’t racism that would potentially fall under the ‘sexism category. Also there’s rules for men to having 4 wives. He can not just marry 4 people randomly. That is not allowed

Actually the reason for allowing men to have 4 wives was to help divorced or widowed women from going through the hardship that was present in olden time. And the man can't get married to another wife without several conditions.

i think it's a backward culture. christianity is backward too but not quite as bad. i mean it's basically 2 different cultural spheres stealing the same "singular all powerfull god" concept from the jews and then claiming that they're "the only true one". it's all a huge pile of nonsense but that's the historical stuff we're stuck with.

The reality is, which if UK and Sweden are any indications, they will move into another land declare the natives as kafirs and then try to either convert people or kill them. They have quite the history. I see the COEXIST people are in the comment section promoting their feel good nonsense. I wonder how they will feel when they are forced to follow Islam.

It's a middle age religion, sexist, racist and expansionist, made to rule every aspect of the life, not only of its followers, but also those who don't follow it.
It's didn't evolve even in western countries, and even worse, Muslims are getting more radical in the western world as time goes.

Until Islam becomes as transparent as christianity here, it can't be accepted.

When Adam and Eve sinned, sin entered into the world and death spread unto all men.

We all inherited a sinful nature. Sinners can't enter into heaven nor inherit the new earth to come so God's wrath abides on Sinners.

This where Jesus comes in, Jesus is perfect and sinless, so His blood sacrifice and death and resurrection is enough to satisfy the justice due to sin thus Jesus justifies anyone who believes in Him for salvation and eternal life.

@Hafia_xo: Jesus is the Son of God, in other words Jesus is the physical image of the Father.

Jesus and the Father are one in entity and nature thus Jesus is God as the Son but Jesus isn't the Father.

I also saw some interesting ideas from rudolf steiner (a high level occultist who predicted many things coming true over 100 years ago, with rockefellers burning down his buildings and nazis poisoning him), putting it together with how seeking christ will benefit us in between death and rebirth, which means in next lives as well.

If we excluded religion when we ask about people then the world will be an amazing place.

If you respect my country and it's laws and try to assimilate when here it's not a problem. The opposite is not a problem as there is not a largely Muslim country that'd I'd visit.

It's a religion that people are misinformed about the most, as outsiders.

People who are misinformed within the religion also exist but barely compared to those who do not live it.

People commit blasphemy because of a thing they just heard and did no research about it.

Not even my mother has say in me wearing hijab or not, and she didn't wear it herself until she felt like covering herself at her 30s.

Yes some people do force women to cover up and abuse them but that isn’t Islam. That’s culture. People mix their own personal culture with religion. If a religion says no to something and someone still practices abuse then they are simply not following that religion. They are extremist and should be jailed

I don't know what other girls are talking about but islam does have misogynistic rules and yes it is said in the quran that a man can beat his wife and that the woman should follow her husband and that she is obligated to have sex with him even if she doesn't want to and that the man have the double of the woman's heritage etc... We should stop lying to ourselves it is true that there are many muslims that are kind but they are most of the times people who aren't very religious they are just following their families. i was a muslim before and i know what i'm talking about. If the religion is misunderstood by muslims then why it exists in the first place why "god" created it while he knows that people are gonna misunderstood it. Also please tell me what is the real islam cause i personally don't know which one it is. the one that muslims follow? The one that sheikhs talk about? The quran only? The sunna? Daich? What is islam? Everyone claims that others don't understand the religion in the right way while the problem is in the quran itself because it isn't clear and it can be misinterpreted in many ways

@Nottooimportant first off I’d like to tell you how you’re wrong, the quran does not say hit/ abuse anyone, second it doesn’t say the women should follow the husband and it doesn’t say the man can rape the women. Ask anyone who has studied it. Yes men and women are different. Allah made the man the bread maker of the family whilst the women can either work or stay at home her choice, either way he has to take care of her and make sure she is perfectly fine. Islam is obviously what is written in the Quran and hadith so if you believe in random people telling you fake facts about islam then you need to educate yourself. I agree people do mix culture with religion and that’s why we have a bad rep but if they stopped then it would be perfect

These are the proofs translated and you can check them by yourselves if you don't believe me.
hadith: Prophet mohammed said “whoever changes his religion, kill him” sahih- al bukhari
      .
Men are the managers of the affairs of women for that God has preferred in bounty one of them over another, and for that they have expended of their property. Righteous women are therefore obedient, guarding the secret for God's guarding. And those you fear may be rebellious admonish; banish them to their couches, and beat them. If they then obey you, look not for any way against them; God is All-high, All-great.

      — Arthur John Arberry, The Koran Interpreted, Surah An Nisa Ayat 34
      .
(4:11) Allah thus commands you concerning your children: the share of the male is like that of two females

@Nottooimportant the first quotes you’ve given aren’t verified. All non muslims always quote those and it’s proven to be false. It’s not in the quran nor Hadith therefore it’s not authentic piece of evidence. Secondly the women in bed part, that is true to an extent. She has to have a valid reason, so her saying “my head hurts” is a valid reason and she doesn’t need to do anything. That quote talks about if the women weaponises sex, so if she refuses out of pettiness to hurt him then that’s when it comes it. Again please learn everything before you make accusations :)

They consider me non-Muslims? I consider them stupid and pitiful for not realizing how unmatched Al Bukhari's haddiths with the essential in Islam, what he says is utterly ridiculous, I was sober enough to know the lacking of common sense on it as a kid. This shows that blind worship doesn't work, the first Aya Allah gave us is to read, Allah want us to be knowledgeable, to give him the benefit of doubt so we can believe in him even more.
