Whats your opinion on this Unbelievable things happened in my life, which turned me from an atheist to a beginner believer? (A bit long, but worth)?

I've been an atheist till last year. Because I didn't have any real proof (the creation of world and humans are not a proof). Then this happened!

I'm from Kerala (India). We have this thing called "Muthappan theyyam" in which a man is believed to get power from "God Shiva" (Hindu God) through some praying process.(You can search for it) There are lots of people in Kerala who can perform this. People call this men to perform at their home to bring blessings to their home.. He put on some beautiful traditional makeups and do some dance with drums and he gets the godly power. Unbelievable shit, right? Yes, me too thought that was just rubbish !

Then when he gets the power, 100s of people stand in queue to pray to him. I've heard lots of stories like "Muthappan perfectly told what's happening in my life.. etc" I still couldn't believe. Then I started to see his perfect predictions. There are 4 occasions that made me "Wow".

1. My sister's 2 year old son had some serious illness and doctors took a long time to find the cure. The told it's hard to get his life back, but luckily they cured it. Then months later we went to see a "Muthappan theyyam". He asked my sister with her son "Aren't you happy now? I gave his life back. You'll always have my blessing". Damn 😮. He was a man from a different state and we've never seen him in our life. My sister was in US when that illness happened. How?

2. This really surprised me. My girlfriend's parents are against our relationship and they always hurt her a lot through words. 2 weeks ago they saw us together and it created a huge problem. She got soo panicked and cried a lot. Two days later she went to her grandmother's hous which is 400km away and their neighbour had a "Muthappan theyyam". She went to pray and he asked her "Last day you got so afraid and cried a lot, right? Don't worry" HOW? 😮😮. Only her parents, me and she knew about that issue !!!

3. Yesterday my neighbour had a Muthappan theyyam. He's from a far away place. My relative, drunkard went to pray and he asked "Have you found the curse in your stomach?" He replied "yes". The Muthappan said, "Think twice. Alcohol or life" . He had some kidney problem and nobody knew about it !!!

How is this unbelievable things happening guys? There are lot more incidents!!

There's nothing here that supports a god claim.

Someone got sick and then got better - are we to believe this never happens without a god? If this person had died would this be more evidence /against/ a god claim?

As for the... Muthappan... All he did was a thing called 'cold reading'. Spiritual mediums do it all the time. It's just an extremely vague sentiment that could apply to anything - you could have known an addict that 'got their life back' or something. You didn't say the Muthappan gave you specific information about your sick nephew, just that he said something vague.
If you hadn't been able to read some meaning into his vague statement, you'd have just brushed it off. Look into 'confirmation bias'

What about my girlfriend's incident. How can someone blindly guess that? Only we 4 people know that she cried. He told it infront of 100s of people with confidence.

Also the child is just 2 year old. He pointed at him and said that he gave his life back! He's just 2 years old!

Can someone guess a problem inside stomach? Also he doesn't really look like a drunkard.

So, associating any of them with any of the 40,000 religions is insanity.
