What do you think of billionaire Christians?

Are they hypocrite or something?

Mark 19:24 Jesus once said, “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.”

The quote is in the context of the "Rich Young Ruler" who claimed he did everything in The Law. Jesus saw through it and knew that this particular rich man loved his money more than he loved God, thus the test. Zacchaeus was also very wealthy, yet is not reported as being told by Jesus to give everything away. Why? Zacchaeus's attitude was to give half of everything to the poor and to pay fourfold to anyone he had cheated. This showed he loved God more than his possessions/wealth.

So really a selfish person having far less than a billionaire can be a hypocrite while a generous billionaire might be perfectly fine in God's eyes.

"Rich" is a very relative thing. I went through a point where I was literally living out of my car; few here would call that rich. But if you were to ask the people in, say, Freetown...
