What makes you think He doesn't know? God doesn't prioritize things the we way do (thankfully!): the thing about omniscience is that He sees Buchenwald and Chechnya and Srbrenica and Monrovia, just as He sees the relief workers toiling to help the needy, the Mormon disaster crews first on the scene pretty much anywhere in the world, and every tiny act of love and kindness from one human to another.

The limitations of human existence mean we're pretty much always going to see the big, flashy things, good or evil, as more important; God doesn't have that issue. He can assess from a more neutral perspective.

But to answer your question… probably not but I don’t think he’s like, raging since I think he already knows humans would mostly get worse. Depends on his motivations but assuming we are like a side project he just forgot about but did have good ideas for then I'd imagine a good person would feel sadness and disappointment in themselves for letting it get so bad and it would have a need to either restart the program, fix it or just get lazy again not wanting to put in the work and walk away
