Would you want to convert to Mormon?

I have been briefly in the LDS tradition but realized that they do not accept Jesus as G0d incarnate and returned to mainstream Christianity. Mormons also believe Jesus visited the Aztecs and witnessed to them. There is no scientific evidence of that. They have a good social tradition but I have told well dressed Missionaries that if they died right then, they would be all dressed up and have no place to go.

What's being a Mormon is like?

I am interested in learning Christianity. For knowledge purposes. Muslims keep telling me Christians think different from us and frankly south Asian Christians are actually much like Muslims here. They really don't know much about Christianity

No. I was raised Mormon and left the church at 13. It caused a lot of mental health issues I had to work through for a few years.

@AmeerX I had severe shame and guilt for things that I were told where bad for me to do, but actually weren't. I felt like I wasn't a good person and that other people were better than me. I was also taught by the church to be incredibly judgmental towards others.

That's not just Mormons that Mosque people too. They will try to make Muslims Muslims. Just crazy. I used to feel this exact same way. Thankfully, when I grew up I left it all at age 19. I am a Muslim but I don't practice things like the rest like going to graves of worshipers. Can you believe people at mosques and other Muslims would say British girls stink and so on and would say that Europeans didn't take shower etc etc 😒. Just crazy psychos.
