No.

First, there is no "patriarchy".

It's not like all the men have a membership card to "The Patriarchy" and get together in a convention yearly and ask "How can we oppress women this year?"

Furthermore, quite a few societies on this planet are matriarchal or matrilineal. So, there is no "pre-ordained patriarchy".

"The patriarchy", so to speak, exists because of something called "emergent behavior".

Emergent behavior is an apparent system-wide behavior as if the elements of the system act in a deliberately coördinated fashion, but, really, the elements are acting independently according to the rules of their operation yet an apparent system-wide behavior happens.

This sort of stuff happens all the time.

Schools of swimming fish or flocks of flying birds.

That's because the laws of physics acting on the metronomes eventually causes that. The metronomes don't coördinate their behavior - they just do because of the physical laws placed on them cause this eventuality.

Well, humans are no different. We all have our fundamental "rules" expressed in our genes and react based on stimuli in the environment. Because of this, over many thousands of generations, the world has become male-dominated...

"Destroying Christianity and Islam" will do nothing because the world was more or less patriarchal long before those religions existed.

The so called "patriarchy" has little to do with religion, all to do with politics and cultures.

China has neither a Christian or Muslim majority and much of it's political power is in the hands of a few men.

Anyway, some nations have tried atheism. Stalinist USSR, Maoist China, Pol Pot's Cambodia for example. Not that atheism will automatically lead to that, but religion tends to e a restraint upon such things.
