I can acknowledge the existence of multiple gods and goddesses however not feel the need to pray to any of them. When I'm in a stressful situation I've found that Marcus Aurelius "Meditations" are helpful, and I'll be trying Seneca's "On Anger" at some point in the future.

Oizys was the ancient Greek goddess of grief, anxiety, and depression. In fact, her Roman name “Miseria” is where the modern term “misery” comes from. She characterized the spirit of the miserable human condition of deep sadness. Oizys is the daughter of the goddess Nyx.

I'm an atheist so I don't pray to any god if I'm angry I aim it towards those who pissed me off, if I'm sad I'll hold myself together till I'm alone then explode and I'll feel better afterwards usually or just sleep on it. Happy music can help but not always
Does praying for you imply falling on your knees? Bowing down? Whispering? Screaming? Lighting candles? Imagining?

I do only believe in one God though. So then, I pray to God.
sad and angry are roots to the same thing in me, sad makes angry.
The god of cursing god!
Don't be an imbeccile.
If there was "more than one god" you would be living in a Greek gods style odyssey.
Are you an expert on pagan/Druidic gods, rituals and practices?
Nope, I get enraged at the asshat who caused my distress. They may want too be elsewhere or I will find a way to visit it on them.
None and that may be my problem
I only believe in one God so...
